On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, the Avon Lake Board of Municipal Utilities (the Board) appointed Dave Rickey to fill the unexpired term of Paul R. “Randy” Phillips, effective January 4, 2022.
“Dave has stayed interested in the business of the Board during his absence, and members felt he has the experience to take over without missing a beat,” said John Dzwonczyk, Chairman of the Avon Lake Board of Municipal Utilities.
Mr. Dave Rickey was first appointed to the Board in May 2014 to fulfill the term of Dave Marquard, ending December 2017. He returns to the Board in 2022 to complete the term of Mr. Randy Phillips, who passed away on December 5, 2021. Mr. Rickey’s term lasts until December 31, 2023.
