Your online account

Set up your online Avon Lake Regional Water account using your customer ID number (e-mail us at or call us at 440-933-6226 to get it) and account number. Here’s what you can do there:

  • Pay electronically each month;
  • Request electronic statements (if you used to get e-Bills, you need to register again for them here);
  • Track your water and wastewater usage history.

All you need is your new customer ID from us (e-mail, call, or get it from your next bill) and your old account number. Please note: In the new system, your number has now dropped the first hyphen and last zero. For example:

Account #: 0028-1060-01
New account #: 00281060-1
