Customer Service Representative
$22.65 to $34.84/hour (DOQ) plus additional stipends and benefits
Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking a highly motivated applicant, with a commitment to working in a quality organization, for the position of full-time Customer Service Representative. This position will primarily work Monday through Friday in the Customer Service department. Under direct supervision of the Business & Financial Coordinator the individual shall perform duties required for operation of Avon Lake Regional Water’s billing, accounting, backflow, record keeping, and payroll programs. The successful applicant must be able to perform the job duties with strict attention to standard operating procedures with knowledge gained through experience and training in a professional, efficient manner, while maintaining Avon Lake Regional Water’s customer service goals.
