Jaycox Waterline Replacement 2019 – 2020

Starting tomorrow, June 2nd, the crew will begin Jaycox Road roadway restoration. This work is expected to last the rest of the week (weather dependent). Thank you for your continued patience with the project!

The crew will begin driveway apron replacement work on Wednesday, April 29th. The Avon Lake Police Department will be on site directing traffic around the work area. Thank you for your patience as we make this waterline improvement.

The Jaycox Waterline Replacement Project will begin on Monday, January 6th. The crew will begin work on Jaycox Road near Walker Road and move south towards the railroad tracks. The Avon Lake Police Department will be on site directing traffic around the work area. Thank you for your patience during this waterline improvement project.

The Jaycox Waterline Replacement project is scheduled to begin Monday, January 6, 2020. This project will replace the waterline on Jaycox Road that runs from Walker Road to the Avon Lake/Avon border (the railroad tracks). The project is scheduled to begin January 6th and last through May.
The contractor for the project works 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday (work will occur on Friday if there is a weather day earlier in the week). The contractor will work from Walker Road towards the railroad tracks. The Avon Lake Police Department will be onsite to direct traffic around the contractor’s work area. Jaycox Road will be open to traffic, just reduced to one lane in the work area during working hours.
Avon Lake Regional Water mailed project notice letters to all Jaycox Road residents impacted by the project during the week of December 2nd.
