Account Login and Pay Your Bill
Your online account allows you to:
- Pay electronically each month;
- Request electronic statements (if you used to get e-Bills, you need to register again for them here);
- Track your water and wastewater usage history.

HOW TO REQUEST YOUR BILL ELECTRONICALLY
If you have already created an account, click Existing Online Account (above) to login. Once you have logged into your account, a window may pop up asking if you would like to receive your bill electronically. If the window does not appear, please click on your email in the upper right-hand corner and select “Paperless Settings” from the drop-down, then enable EBills as desired.
If you have not created an account, click Create An Online Account (above) to create an account. During this process, you will be asked if you would like to receive your bill electronically.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
Auto Pay can also be enrolled through the customer online portal. When logging into your online portal, a window may pop up asking if you would like to enroll in automatically recurring payments, please follow prompts to proceed. If the window does not appear, please click on your email in the upper right-hand corner and select “AutoPay Settings” from the drop-down, and follow the prompts to add an ACH account for automatically recurring payments.
