Salary range $138,097/year – $207,012/year (DOQ)
Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking a highly motivated and independent person to fill the role of Business Development Director. Under the general supervision of the Chief Utilities Executive, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing system expansion, capital project planning, business growth, and financial sustainability to ensure continued high-quality water and wastewater services for the service area. The Business Development Director will drive infrastructure development, foster regional partnerships, and align business objectives with Avon Lake Regional Water’s mission and regulatory requirements.

Maintenance Specialist – Water Filtration Plant
$28.44 to $43.99/hour (DOQ) plus additional stipends and benefits
Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Specialist at the Water Filtration Plant. Under the general direction of the Chief of Utility Operations but receiving direct supervision and assignments from the Facilities & Asset Manager, this position maintains all plant and distribution and collection systems equipment, performs electronic and electrical work, read and understand electrical drawings, practice and set up preventive maintenance on buildings and grounds, be able to troubleshoot and repair PLCs, process equipment and instrumentation.
