Board Experience: Appointed in January 2000 to fill the unexpired term of James L. Simmons and re-elected to the Board since 2003. Serves on the Board Strategic Planning, Wholesale Customer, Board Compensation Committees, and as a Board liaison on the City Council Sewer Committee. Elected Chairman in April 2014.

Business Experience: President and CEO of JGD Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm founded in 1995, specializing in the location, design and construction of service stations and fueling facilities for the petroleum industry. Professional Engineer Registration in 47 states. Certified Fire Protection Specialist by National Fire Protection Association.

Personal: Avon Lake resident since 1992, he and his wife Patrice McCormack Dzwonczyk have raised four children who attended Avon Lake Schools.
