2022 Project Bundle Information

Included in the approved 2022 Avon Lake Regional Water operating budgets are several water line projects around the City of Avon Lake. These projects will reduce the potential for unexpected water service disruptions to Avon Lake residents that live in the impacted areas. Avon Lake Regional Water and the City of Avon Lake will partner on some projects where Avon Lake Regional Water will replace the water line and the City of Avon Lake will perform storm sewer and/or road rehabilitation.

Avon Lake residents within the project areas will receive a letter and/or door hanger providing detailed information on what will happen in the project area prior to the start of the estimated construction date listed below. The dates listed below are estimated start dates. Avon Lake Regional Water will regularly update the information below.

• Armour Rd. from Electric Blvd. to Lake Rd. (joint project)

• Avon Point Ave. from just south of Electric Blvd. to Lake Rd. (joint project)

  • Water line replacement (estimated construction start date – Week of 12/5)

• Redwood Blvd. from Brookfield Rd. to Rte. 83

• Vinewood Dr. from Redwood Blvd. north to Crestwood Dr.
