Curtis Rehabilitation Project
Avon Lake Regional Water began the Curtis Rehabilitation Project in May 2018. It entails upgrades to the water line, sanitary sewer, storm laterals to properties that did not previously have them, fire hydrants, tree lawn restoration, and road restoration. These upgrades will greatly reduce the possibility of breaks to the system, the amount of storm water runoff entering the sanitary sewer, and the amount of untreated wastewater discharged to Lake Erie during rain events.
This project will last approximately six months.
